Cavalier Platteland Teams are selected from Overberg, West Coast and Witzenberg/Breede Vallei/Langeberg players.

The order of play and venues for Sunday has been published.

Players must check that all scores were entered correctly. Any errors must be reported to the court convenor before the start of play on Sunday.

Venues for Prizegiving following directly after the last mixed doubles has been played.

The Order of Play for Saturday will be available later today.

Straight singles and a reverse singles will be played today. Your not before time and venue is posted there.

Please arrive 15min before your time. Please do not be late!

Parents and players- please remember your best behaviour!

Collection of West Coast clothing

I have checked all orders and pre packed each order individually as ordered. Please contact myself after event should there be a problem with ordered sizes. Don't open any other persons packed to exchange sizes.

Pick up points for clothing is as follows:

Boys can pick up clothing from 8:30 at each venue and the girls at 9:30 same venues.

The restaurant at Hermanus Sport Club is currently under construction.

Hermanus Tennis Club will sell delicious coffee from The Beanery, toasties and drinks (even the adult kind!).

Please support the club and their efforts- all the proceeds will go towards the very necessary repairs and improvement of the tennis floodlights.

The Order of Play and exact venues will be published by Thursday at 12h00.

All venues in each town are no more than 1.5km apart and most are walking distance.

We are very much aware of some predicted rain - the tournament will go ahead.

Important:

Play starts at 9am on Friday 4 October.

Friday and Saturday will be 2x full days of tennis.

We are planning to finish by lunch time on Sunday.

Players must be available for the full duration of the tournament.
